About Me

I’m a husband to an amazing wife, Erica and dad of two wonderful children, Avery and Ryan – they motivate me to give them my best along with our two dogs, Sadie and Honey. In my free time, I enjoy going on family walks, coaching my kids sports teams, cooking, and being outside with family and friends.

My background: I graduated from Widener University with a doctorate of physical therapy and have worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient orthopedics, home care, and sports & performance. I have treated a wide range of patients including neurological, vestibular, orthopedic, pediatric, balance/dizziness, and athletes.

What Got Me into Wellness?

I thought I was feeling good and eating a healthy well balanced diet for a long time –  It turns out I was wrong. After becoming an Integrative Health Practitioner, I realized I was missing a few key components to my diet and didn’t have the healthiest lifestyle. Being a physical therapist, I fell into that category of taking care of everyone but myself. I was able to step back, make small changes, and improve my overall health. After adding in some key supplements and losing almost 30 lbs over a two year period – I feel healthier than I ever have. This has led to more energy, clarity and overall happiness/satisfaction.

Working in the healthcare industry for over a decade; I see first hand how many people need personalized help or maybe just an accountability partner. My wellness clients get a personalized approach by developing a program that is right for you. I take the same approach as I do in the PT clinic – finding the root cause to your problem. There may be one or more major factors but finding the root cause can change your life. I do not treat or cure disease but as an integrative health coach; I help discover underlying deficiencies, restore balance with diet/lifestyle/supplementation and help you reach a sustainable healthier lifestyle so you can feel your best.
